Estefania Cortez was born in Lima, Peru. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Advertising from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), with a solid foundation in client care, administrative operations, and cross-cultural service. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and brings a global, empathetic perspective to her work.

An entrepreneur with a diverse professional background, Estefania also holds specialized diplomas in Business Innovation and Team Management. She joined our law firm in August 2024, where she plays a vital role in supporting client intake and acting as a trusted bridge between attorneys and clients. She has earned advanced certificates from top Peruvian institutes and the European Postgraduate Institute (Spain) in Strategic Planning, Negotiation Methods, Digital Marketing, Design Thinking, and more.

Estefania is committed to offering clarity, kindness, and confidence to those pursuing a better future—because she knows what that journey feels like. Her personal migration experience allows her to connect deeply with the individuals and families we serve, guiding them with compassion, trust, and care throughout their legal process.
